The best usually… had one bad experience with not getting the same quality item during a replacement (smaller tennis bracelet). Other than that, the item is usually better than the pictures so 5 stars. Especially recently.

This store is fantastic. Mirna is the best!! She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and only wants to sell you the best for your situation, not trying to upsell you something that will cost you more. I can tell that she is the “ real deal “ and not a person who just wants to make a sale. Absolutely love her and will most definitely buy from her again. I ordered an 8mm 16inch 14kt gold cuban link chain as a gift for my wife. They went above and beyond processing my order quickly and shipping it quickly so that I had it in time to give to her. The customer service was outstanding. 6 stars!!!!!

I recently visited this jewelry store and had such a good experience that I felt I had to write a review. I ended up buying a beautiful gold necklace, and I’m really happy with it—it looks even better in person than it did in the display. I was helped by someone named Dewi, and she was honestly amazing. She’s very pretty, but more importantly, she was so helpful and patient. I took a long time deciding what I wanted, and she never once made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. She kept bringing out different options, explaining the details, and even let me try things on multiple times until I was sure. She smiled the whole time and answered all my questions, even the small ones. The store has a really nice variety of jewelry—necklaces, rings, bracelets, and more. The designs are all so pretty that it actually made it harder to choose! They have both simple, elegant pieces and more detailed, eye-catching ones, so there’s something for every style and budget. The place itself feels clean, organized, and welcoming, not intimidating like some jewelry stores. Prices felt reasonable for the quality, and they didn’t pressure me to buy anything more expensive. Dewi just focused on what I liked and what suited me best. Overall, I left feeling satisfied, not just with my new gold necklace, but with the whole experience. I definitely recommend this store, especially if you want someone patient and kind to help you—ask for Dewi!

Lana was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including after my purchase. She helped me design a custom variant of the jewelry that I was interested in and even provided a couple of videos and a picture of what other customers had purchased that were similar to my item. The quality of the jewelry was outstanding and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone.

These folks will get you right !! Ordered a name script ring, I had some issues with the way it looked when I got it. LANA B IS THE REAL DEAL!
